We don’t run to add days to our lives, We run to add life to our days
Our Mission is to encourage and assist all runners to achieve their goals, no matter their ability, at affordable rates. To forge new friendships and camaraderie amongst runners. Promote group participation with a team dynamic supporting every runner.
Every member is valued and recognised equally, no matter their performance, speed or competitive ability.
All runners have different reasons for running – some :
To Reduce Stress – Disconnect and enjoy the outdoors.
Lose Weight – or to be able to eat more without gaining weight.
Improve health and fitness levels.
Have Fun, Socialize and meet new people with the emphasis on FUN.
Feel Good about ones self – Release of “Endorphins”.
For a Good Cause – Such as a charity.
A Special Goal – Be it competitive or just to run a fast 5Km, 10Km, 21Km, Marathon or even the ultimate race – The Comrades.
RUNNING KIN IS GEARED TO HELP ALL RUNNERS ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS.
